PointAtMe provides AI-assisted tools that help users manage business communications, connected channels and approval workflows.

Information we collect

We collect account information you provide, such as your name and email address, together with connection details, agent settings, commands, approval history and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Google user data

When you connect Gmail, PointAtMe accesses only the Google data needed to provide features you request. This may include your Gmail account address, message metadata and message content, and the ability to create drafts, modify messages or send replies after your instruction or approval.

Google user data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing Gmail features inside PointAtMe. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. We do not transfer it to third parties except service providers acting on our behalf where necessary to provide the requested feature, comply with law, or protect users and the service.

AI processing

Content may be securely transmitted to an AI service to generate a requested draft or classify a message. We send only the information required for that action and apply the user’s configured rules and approval settings.

Shopify store data

When you connect Shopify, PointAtMe accesses product information and recent order status needed to give your agents accurate commerce context. PointAtMe does not retain customer email addresses, phone numbers or delivery addresses from Shopify. We verify Shopify webhook signatures and honour Shopify customer-data and store-deletion requests.

Storage and security

We use encrypted connections, restricted service access and encrypted storage for authentication tokens. We retain account and connection data only while needed to operate the service or meet legal and security obligations.

Your choices

You can disconnect a service, revoke Google access from your Google Account, or request deletion of your PointAtMe account and associated data. Disconnecting Google stops new Gmail access.
