These terms govern your use of PointAtMe. By creating an account or connecting a service, you agree to these terms.

Business information

PointAtMe is operated by Roman Levin, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service only where legally permitted.

Connected services

You authorize PointAtMe to access connected services only to perform features you request. You remain responsible for the accounts, messages, content and business decisions made through those services.

AI-generated content

AI-generated drafts may contain errors. You should review important messages, prices, commitments and legal or financial statements before sending. PointAtMe will use approval controls where configured, but you remain responsible for final communications.

Acceptable use

You may not use PointAtMe for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, spam, unauthorized access, malware, infringement, or attempts to bypass service or third-party safeguards.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but early-access features may change or occasionally be unavailable. Third-party services may also modify or restrict their APIs.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address serious violations.
